Overview

We want you to be happy with your KidLane™ purchase. If something is wrong with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • Item is defective or damaged on arrival
  • Incorrect item was sent

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened kits
  • Used items
  • Custom or personalised packs

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

Exchanges

Where possible, we will replace damaged or incorrect items instead of issuing a refund.
