KidLane™ Terms and Conditions

Welcome to KidLane™! By booking our mobile entertainment services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. About Us

KidLane™ brings magical, fun, and unforgettable experiences right to your doorstep. Our mobile entertainment setups include interactive play stations, games, arts & crafts, mini picnics, spa experiences, and more — designed to keep all ages entertained.


2. Bookings

  • All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or approved communication channels.

  • Bookings are confirmed only once payment or a deposit is received.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date.


3. Payments

  • Payments can be made via EFT.

  • A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment must be made at least 24 hours before the event.


4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may receive 50% of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit all deposits paid.


5. Event Responsibilities

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

  • KidLane™ staff will manage and supervise activities, but we cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or personal property loss during events.

  • Any damages to KidLane™ equipment caused by negligence may be billed to the client.


6. Safety & Conduct

  • We reserve the right to remove any child or participant behaving in a dangerous or disruptive manner.

  • Parents/guardians must ensure children are dressed appropriately for activities.


7. Social Media

  • KidLane™ may take photos and videos during events to share on social media and marketing materials.

  • If you do not wish your child to be featured, please notify us before the event.


8. Access & Timing

  • Clients must provide full access to the event venue at the agreed start time.

  • KidLane™ will not be held liable for delays or shortened activity time due to access issues.


9. Changes to Services

  • KidLane™ reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions to activities, play stations, or staff if necessary.

  • In the unlikely event of equipment failure or other unforeseen issues, we will do our best to provide alternative fun activities.


10. Privacy

  • Personal information collected through bookings or website use will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

  • We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.


11. Liability

  • KidLane™ is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses during the event beyond our control.

  • By booking with us, you agree to release KidLane™ and its staff from liability for such incidents.


12. Intellectual Property

  • All images, logos, text, and designs on our website and marketing materials are property of KidLane™.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.


13. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
